Scott Jacobs had the honor of lecturing for a week in November 2014 to Zambian government officials in Livingstone at an event hosted by the Cabinet Office and JTI. The topic: regulatory impact assessment in Zambian law. Despite the sadness at the passing of Zambian President MIchael Sata in midweek, the workshop was extremely well attended and lively.
