Scott Jacobs was pleased to lecture in May 2014 at the Joseph von Sonnenfels Center for the Study of Public Law and Economics, Department of Economics, University of Vienna, in the program on law and economics organized by Wolfgang Weigel, Associate Professor of Economics, and one of the fathers of law and economics in Europe. The title of Jacobs: lecture: “Why it is almost impossible to write a good law.”
