APEC has published the report by Scott Jacob, written for the APEC standards committee, on good regulatory practices, 2011-2016, in the 21 APEC economies. The report finds that “APEC economies continue to invest substantial political and financial resources in improving the quality of their domestic regulatory regimes.” It documents progress in many dimensions of good regulation across the entire region.
