Involving stakeholders in improving government regulation is at the core of modern regulatory practice. As part of Jacobs, Cordova & Associates’ work on improving consultation practices, Cesar Cordova and Peter Bay Kirkegaard examined the use of the business test panel in Denmark, and find that panels are “a very cost effective way” to consult stakeholders.
