Jefferson Hill, Director, was asked by the Office of Management and Budget to comment on the 2006 Draft Report to Congress on the Costs and Benefits of Federal Regulation. In his comments, Mr. Hill stresses the need for more support from OMB for regulatory cooperation within the trilateral Security and Prosperity Partnership of Canada, Mexico, and America.
