Jacobs, Cordova & Associates delivered an Applied Training Course on RIA for 5 days in Kingston, Jamaica, for the Jamaica Bureau of Standards staff. Focused on the needs of the standards bureau, the course presented applied RIA as a useful tool in assessing and comparing the consequences of various policy options through scientific methods. It was based on an interactive approach that maximized familiarity with RIA techniques among participants.
