This workshop sponsored by the International Training Centre of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and directed by senior officials of the government of Costa Rica in San Jose in June 2007 aimed to raise awareness among national regulators on the different aspects of modern management of national regulatory policy. During the workshop key aspects and tools of regulatory reform such as RIA, initiatives to reduce administrative burdens and regulatory inquiries asset were discussed.
