The IDRC IFC Consortium Economic and Social Research organized a workshop on measuring business simplification for businesses. Cesar Cordova (JC&A) prepared a paper entitled “assess the impact of regulations and policies regulating private sector” for a two-day conference in Lima, Peru in May 2007.
