Jacobs, Cordova & Associates assisted the OECD in conducting the Italian national review of regulatory reform, done as part of the influential OECD program on regulatory reform. We prepared the OECD synthesis report that developed the analysis and recommendations for improving regulatory practices in Italy. Scott Jacobs was the lead author of the synthesis report, which published in 2010 as OECD Reviews of Regulatory Reform – Italy: Better Regulation to Strengthen Market Dynamics.
