Scott Jacobs participated in a 2-day seminar on regulatory reform on 2-3 June 2003 in Nouakchott. This seminar was a follow up on the paper Jacobs, Cordova & Associates prepared for the Government of Mauritania, “Regulatory reform, market performance, and poverty reduction in Mauritania,” in October 2002.
