In late 2009 JC&A was a peer reviewer on two main reforms, namely Regulatory Impact Assessment and Inspection reform in Albania. We provided expertise to the Prime Minister with regard to Regulatory Reform forward approach, to help them in moving toward the right direction and choosing the best effective options of RIA system to be implemented in Albania. During the round table held in November 2009 with the Ministry’s responsible people and World Bank staff, JC&A showed a number of valuable RIA modeling techniques and gave written inputs for improving the strategic documents under process during that time.,
