JC&A is undertaking the Measurement and Evaluation (M&E) of the results of a 2012 Standard Cost Model (SCM) review of the licensing regime, assessment of gains/losses of compliance costs for businesses (more than 30 focus groups), review of the pending reforms and newer reforms introduced, reform of the licensing e-Portal and re-engineering of administrative procedures in key sectors including in the land tenure system.
