JC&A is pleased to assist the Government of Uganda with measurement and evaluation of the results of a 2017 Standard Cost Model (SCM) review of licensing regimes, assessment of gains/losses of compliance costs for businesses (more than 30 focus groups), review of pending reforms and newer reforms introduced, reform of the licensing e-Portal and re-engineering of administrative procedures in key sectors including in the land tenure system.
