Very pleased to close the 20th year of the longest-running Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) course in the world. The JC&A-LUISS University 2025 RIA course spanned 5 days last week, and enjoyed the participation of professionals from Saudi Arabia, Zambia, The Netherlands, Brazil, Kosovo, and Italy on the beautiful LUISS campus in Rome. The lecturers were Scott Jacobs, Cesar Cordova, and Giacomo Luchetta. Yet another great week on one of the most fundamental components of regulatory governance – the structured process of learning how to regulate better called RIA.
