Cesar Cordova, Jacobs, Cordova & Associates, was pleased to teach in a 1.5-day national workshop in Ninh Binh on using Regulatory Impact Assessment to improve Viet Nam’s technical standards (Vietnam, November 2025) RT4D supports ASEAN and its Member States in fully implementing and maximizing the benefits of the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Agreements.
