The objective of this project is to simplify 25 formalities from different public institutions chosen by the technical committee of the Zero Bureaucracy Program launched by the government of the Dominican Republic. This simplification will result from the process mapping and analysis of the formalities and the re-engineering recommendations based on international best practice.
