JC&A delivered a 5-day training course on Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) to relevant government officials from the Government of El Salvador, the private sector, and staff from FOMILENIO II. Course participants understood how to prepare an impact analysis for use in the formulation of public policies, increasing the skills needed to produce and use RIA in regulatory decisions through a mixture of theory, case studies, and participatory group work, using international best practices.
