Scott Jacobs was invited by the Prime Minister of Canada to serve on Canada’s External Advisory Committee on Smart Regulation. The Committee was established in May 2003 to provide the government with an external perspective and expert advice on the best way to improve the government’s regulatory system to better meet the needs of Canadians in the 21st century.
