Jacobs, Cordova & Associates evaluated the existing regulatory institutions, procedures and tools used in Paraguay to ensure the quality of ‘stock’ of existing regulation and the ‘flow’ of new regulations. The report included a proposal for an institutional framework to enhance the quality, transparency, accountability and efficiency of the laws and regulations.
