Mauritius’s Economic Development Board (EBD) asked Jacobs, Cordova & Associates to review the Regulatory Impact Assessment Bill before presenting it to Parliament. Through online work and one-week intensive discussions with the Drafting Committee, JC&A provided inputs and developed an implementation strategy adapted to a rapidly expanding small economy.
