Development of a market study regarding the production, processing, distribution and commercialization of bovine milk in Mexico so as to provide the Federal Government with an analytical framework, based on available information, to understand and evaluate the structure, conduct and performance of the above-mentioned market. The study was expected to develop–based on the findings–public policy actions at the Federal level as well as at state and municipal levels. It reviews, where appropriate, the existence of restrictions on competition in this product markets.
