The objective of this project was to produce a report containing the analysis of industrial safety regulations in Mexico, related to (i) personal protective equipment (PPE) and personnel management systems, (ii) fleet management and logistics, and (iii) bilateral agreements between Mexico and the United States for the trade and manufacturing of PPE (if they exist). To produce the abovementioned report, the JC&A staff (i) searched and set up a comprehensive list of all regulations applicable to the PPE sector in Mexico (regulatory framework), (ii) analyzed their relevance in different industrial sectors including fleet management and logistics, and (iii) cross-referenced them with international standards.
