JC&A helped the OECD Secretariat with a review and assessment in Peru of: (1) the tools and processes for the development of new regulations, (2) mechanisms for regulatory compliance, enforcement and appeals. JC&A also assisted the OECD with recommendations on how to improve these mechanisms and processes based on international best practices to assure high quality regulation. The project also includes advice on key issues of the review process and policy proposals.
