Jacobs, Cordova & Associates participated in the analysis of the institutional capacities of the institutions responsible for the protection of the environment in El Salvador. JC&A focus on this multi-disciplinary review was to assess and propose improvements to the institutional coordination, appraisal systems impacts, capabilities inspection / audit tools and public participation and dialogue during the decision-making process
