Jacobs, Cordova & Associates developed a discussion fiche on the key current and future issues concerning the business licensing reform world. The aim was to illustrate a discussion of representatives working in the South Europe Region developing a multimillion-EUR project to be financed by the European Union (Project EDIF). The fiche was presented and discussed at an OECD steering group meeting.
