Jacobs, Cordova & Associates developed a discussion fiche on the key current and future issues concerning business licensing reform in the world. The aim was to illustrate a discussion of representatives working in the South Europe Region developing a multi million-euro project to be financed by the European Union. (Project EDIF). The fiche was presented and discussed at a OECD steering group meeting.
