Jacobs, Cordova & Associates advised the BiH government on how it could speed up and broaden reforms to improve the business environment–by reform strategies that could be implemented relatively quickly and at relatively low cost. It identified seven reform strategies that are widely tested in other countries, including in transition economies similar to BiH.
