JC&A presented analysis by regulators around the world to the Bank of Thailand on emerging Fintech issues such as digital assets, ESG ratings, and licensing of virtual banks with the Bank of Thailand. Innovation and risk management are central to the financial industry today, and the Bank of Thailand is in the mainstream of regulators in balancing the benefits of higher innovation with the costs of higher risks for the country. JC&A also worked with the Thailand National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) in Bangkok on emerging issues in the communication sector such as the regulation of digital platforms.
