Analysis and reform of the tourism licensing system (including the Liquor License). JC&A supported the Ministry of Tourism, Environment and Culture in the review, reform and simplification of licensing system with the goal of developing simplified, efficient and transparent procedures promoting tourism in the country. The project was based on the Standard Cost Model (SCM) methodology applied to the licenses in order to identify and validate the reforms to the legal, regulatory and institutional framework.
