JC&A supported the Kazakhstan Agency for Information and Communication (AIC) in analyzing the design options for a new regulatory authority for telecommunications. We assisted the AIC in selecting a model (together with a detailed timetable and implementation plan) and participated in the presentation of recommendations to the Government.
